QUESTIONS
IS PICK-UP AVAILABLE?
Yes, our Grab and Go Garlands (4ft-9ft) are available for pick-up but you must have a Van or an SUV. You can also order two garlands to create a larger garland as well.
Balloon Bouquets are also available for pick-up.
HOW DO I SECURE MY EVENT DATE?
A retainer is required to secure your event date. Retainer is 50% of the total amount of order, and it is nonrefundable. Just a reminder, please be deposit ready when asking for an invoice.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE MY EVENT?
Requests should be made as soon as possible. A 30 day notice is preferred but short term notice can be accommodated as long as date and supply is available. Last minute (7 days or less) requests will require a $50 rush fee.
CAN I GET A MOCK-UP OF WHAT MY GARLAND WILL LOOK LIKE?
Yes, we can most definitely create a mock-up for your event.
The cost is $50 (non-refundable) which will then be applied to your remaining balance.
Once we have sent over the estimate and you have agreed to move forward with our services we will create some options for your garland for you to choose from.
WHAT IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF CONTACT?
Although we love to respond to our potential clients on FB and Instagram we prefer that you click on the link in our bio for a quote or email us directly at contactbonitaco@gmail.com with your event details. That way we have a paper trail that we can use for easy reference. We also don't want to possibly lose your information in our DM's.
WILL THE WEATHER AFFECT MY BALLOONS?
If your event is outside, the weather is out of our control. We highly suggest keeping this in mind when booking outdoor events. If your set-up is in direct sunlight your balloons will start to oxidize and will eventually start to pop due to the heat. This is why we take precautions when a client asks for an outdoor set-up.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BALLOONS FALL OR POP?
Once we leave an installation we are no longer responsible for the integrity of the balloons. We do not come back to fix the balloons once we leave. If you rented one of our backdrops then we will arrange pickup.
